Refund and Return Policy for KYRONSOPIC

1. Returns

- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Please note that some items (e.g., perishable goods, custom orders, or final sale items) may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund for damaged or defective items, including covering the return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.

7. Late Returns
